With the aim of providing a meeting space and generating a genuine work and income tool for families, we offer trade workshops and training courses for men and women who live in rural areas.
In the workshops and courses, work skills are strengthened and, at the same time, self-esteem is worked on and encounters are motivated to promote community strengthening and the ability of each person to become an agent of change in their communities.
We work to empower women promoting their individual and community development to achieve genuine possibilities of comprehensive development in their place of origin, for themselves and their families.
We provide training opportunities for adults in rural areas, according to the interests that arise by consensus. We want people to be able to train in their place of origin, in different trades with which they can generate income for their homes, thus promoting local development.
Some of the productive community projects led by women trained in trade workshops:

• Direct sale of textile and gastronomic products, in their nearby communities and towns.
The available courses are: Computer Science, Beekeeping, Carpentry, Motorcycle Mechanics, Plastic Arts.
